Grounding Technique: 5-4-3-2-1

Grounding techniques can be useful at times of distress to bring yourself out of or prevent the onset of panic attacks, flashbacks and dissociation. It can be good to practice grounding techniques when you are calm so they are in your toolkit ready to go whenever you may next need them. Why not practice this one now, or share it with someone you know who could use it?
