Fundraising has to be one of the best ways to get involved and partner with a charity, because you join in with other people like you who want to make a difference and have fun doing it.
Imara is currently working towards the following fundraising events:
Charity partner at the Robin Hood Half & Mini Marathon
Run the Robin Hood half or mini marathon on Sunday 27th September 2026 for Imara and we'll pay for your entry!*
We'll also help you set up a GiveMatch page so that your friends, colleagues and family can show their support too. Check out our GiveMatch page to see what previous runners have raised!

Charity Art and Print Sale
You can join in by donating art if you are an artist, photographer or a crafts person, and you get a chance to exhibit your art at a city centre art gallery, Nottingham Society of Artists. If you're interested in donating your art work, email in**@*******rg.uk.
You can also bid to own one or more of the wonderful works which are donated. Online bidding will start from Saturday 10th October 2026 with a viewing week at Nottingham Society of Artists Gallery from Monday 26th October until Sunday 1st November 2026. Prints will also be sold at our pop up print sale on 10th October at Broadway Gallery.

Maybe there is a challenge you have always wanted to do, but didn’t know how to go about it, or maybe you want to create an event for your local community and raise money for Imara at the same time, we can support you.
