There are lots of other ways you can support Imara's work - here are some ideas:
Corporate Partnerships
Your business or workplace could partner with Imara in various ways:
- Your team could fundraise for Imara with a one-off event (bakesale, fun run, skydive, head shaves, whatever you can imagine!) or over a series of events by choosing Imara as your charity of the year.
- Your company could offer payroll giving, allowing your staff to make monthly donations to Imara directly from their salary.
- Your staff may have skills they could share with Imara through volunteering and pro bono work, or maybe your company has products and assets you could share with us as a gift in kind.
- Your organisation may want to partner with us to support delivery of an aspect of our service through sponsorship or a large donation.
- Whatever idea you have in mind, we really want to hear from you. Please contact us.
Register with Easyfundraising
Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising free donations for Imara with easyfundraising? There are over 8,000 retailers on board ready to make a donation – including eBay, Argos, John Lewis & Partners, ASOS, Booking.com and M&S – and it won’t cost you a penny extra to help us raise funds.
All you need to do is:
- Visit easyfundraising and join for free https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/imaracio
- Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want and start shopping (or you can download the Donation Reminder which will prompt you whenever you’re on the website of a participating retailer!)
- After you’ve checked out, the retailer will make a donation to Imara at no extra cost to you whatsoever! There are no catches or hidden charges and we will be really grateful for your donations.
Donate items we need
You can purchase items our therapists and CHISVAs need for the young people they are working with from our Amazon Wishlist.
If your company produces or distributes art materials, tech devices or office supplies, you could consider donating these to Imara as a gift-in-kind. Please email in**@*******rg.uk to discuss.
